NASAL FLU SPRAY

Dear Parents/Carers

The Nasal Flu Spray for children from Reception to Year 6 will be on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th November.

The School Nursing Service has developed a new electronic consent form for the immunisation programme this year.

Please find below the link to the electronic consent form and covering information letters for parents, in support of the National Influenza Immunisation Programme.
