Sun 27 Nov 2022 Kirsty palmer

Sorry for the delay in posting- just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone that donated their unwanted clothes to the Rags 2 Riches scheme.

As well as being for a great cause- the clothes being sent to Ukraine, we managed to raise £ 187 for the school.

We plan to do another collection in the new year so watch this space.

Thank you again from The Eco Committee

UNICEF Outright World Children's Day meeting - Healthcare.

Article 24 - The right to the best possible health.

Three members of our Rights Respecting School Super Ambassadors attended UNICEF's World Children's Day meeting as part of their Outright campaign about Health.

The meeting was very interesting, UNICEF talked to us about health care around the world and how important it is for children to receive their right to the best possible health.

Following this meeting Rights Respecting School Ambassadors are going to find out how we support and care for children's health in our school and in the community, to ensure that every child has the right to the best possible health.
