• Summer Free Bus Service

  Swansea Council have announced free bus services for summer.
  The free buses offer applies every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from Friday 26 July to Monday 26 August.

  The Community Grocery Swansea is here to bridge the gap between foodbanks and supermarkets by helping local residents with their weekly food shops. If you are feeling the financial impact of the rising cost of living, then we are here to help. 

   

  For an annual membership of £5 you can select the size of shop you do in store:

  
  Standard shop (12 items) ……… £5.00
  Medium shop (18 items) ……….. £7.50
  Large shop (24 items) ………….. £10.00
  Extra large shop (30 items) ….. £12.50

  
  You can choose from a wide variety of items across fruit & veg, shelf, chilled, frozen and bakery.

• SIARTER IAITH WOBR ARIAN (SILVER AWARD)

  Today we had our assessment for the Siarter Iaith Silver Award (Wobr Arian). Mrs Jones and Mrs Griffiths from the Local Authority came into school to see the amazing work we have been doing. They met the Criw Cymraeg and visited all classrooms.
  
  We are delighted to announce we have successfully achieved the criteria for the Wobr Arian. Mrs Jones and Mrs Griffiths were so impressed by the children, the way they led the tour of the school and how enthusiastic everyone was about speaking Welsh. Special thanks to the Criw Cymraeg and Mrs Griffiths who has led our journey to Silver. We are one of a very small number of schools to have achieved this recognition.
