Children in Need 2022 - Friday 18th November.

Together we can change young lives. Be Spotacular!

Article 3 - Best Interests of the child.
Article 23 - Disabled children have the right to live a full and decent life with dignity and independence and support.
Article 24 – The best possible health.
Article 29 - Education must encourage a child's respect for human rights.
    Global Goal 3 - Health and well-being.

Next Friday, November 18th is Children in Need.

Pupils can, if they wish, show their support for the charity by wearing something spotty. This could be a spotty outfit or a spotty item such as a spotty scarf, hat or socks. Please don't go to any extra expense.

On the day, children will be taking part in CBBC Children in Need Live Moodbooster Session and completing Spotacular challenges with their class.

If you wish to make a donation, please send £1 per family, if possible, in to school on Friday 18th November.

Anti-Bullying week 2022 will take place from Monday 14th November to Friday 18th November with this years theme 'Reach out'. The week will kick off with Odd Socks Day on Monday 14th November, where adults and children wear odd socks to celebrate what makes us all unique.

The theme of Reach Out came about  as teachers and children wanted a theme that empowered them to do something positive to counter the harm and hurt that bullying causes. Anti-Bullying Week will remind everyone whether it’s in school, at home, in the community or online, let’s reach out and show each other the support we need.
