Rocio Cifuentes is the Children’s Commissioner for Wales. She wants to hear from every child about their life and the things that are important to them. This will help her know what she should be working on to improve the lives of children in Wales.

Below you’ll find links to surveys for different groups of people.
All surveys will close on 5th November.

Pupils will have the opportunity if they wish, to complete the survey in class next week.

Rocio and her team also want to hear your ambitions for Wales – the things you want to change to make Wales a better place for children to grow up.
Your views and experiences will shape their work over the next three years.

    Survey for parents/carers:
    https://www.childcomwales.org.uk/our-work/ambitions-for-wales/survey-for-parents-and-carers/

The survey for you as a parent or carer is for you to share your views and experiences with us.
    We ask about:
How you feel about different aspects of your children’s lives
What you think would make children’s lives better

    About the Children’s Commissioner
Rocio Cifuentes is the Children’s Commissioner for Wales.
Our office promotes and protects children’s rights in Wales. All children under the age of 18 have rights under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Our office is independent, and not a part of the Welsh Government.
We work for every child in Wales who is:
Up to the age of 18
Up to the age of 21 if they’ve been in care, or 25 if they’ve been in care and are still in education

What we’ll do with your answers
Your answers will help us to understand children’s lives and experiences.
This will help us to tell the Welsh Government what they need to do to make children’s lives better.
Next year, we’ll publish a work plan based on our survey responses. This will show the work we’ll do as an office to influence positive changes for children.
